That's right!—The Culinary Institute of America and Bravo are teaming up this summer to bring you exclusive demos and tastings with CIA alumni Marcel, Dale T., and Richard, as well as other favorites Casey, Dale L., Sam, and Tre at the new CIA at Astor Center in New York City. During each demo, the featured chef will prepare his or her signature recipe from Top Chef, along with two complementary courses and a specialty cocktail. Along with your three-course tasting, you'll also participate in a "Quickfire" Q&A session and get a copy of Top Chef: The Cookbook to take home. It's your turn to sit at Judge's Table – don't miss your opportunity to taste the dishes created by the Bravo "Top Chefs".
Don’t hesitate – each demo is limited to just 36 participants. Classes are $195 per person, and are held from 6:30–9:30 p.m. (Oh, and you can actually leave your knives at home—our Top Chefs will be doing all the work.) The Culinary Institute of America at Astor Center is located at 399 Lafayette St. in the heart of Manhattan's East Village. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
