Welcome to The Culinary Institute of America, where employees have been inspiring excellence for over six decades. The CIA, renowned for its culinary education since 1946, has four campus locations. Our primary location is in historic Hyde Park, NY approximately 90 miles from New York City. On the west coast, the CIA's California campus is located in the small town of St. Helena, within the lush Napa Valley. Additionally the CIA has a campus located in the historic Pearl Brewery district in San Antonio, TX. The CIA's first international campus is located in Singapore, providing the CIA's renowned educational programs to students outside of the U.S.
