Tuition and Fees

The Culinary Institute of America is dedicated to keeping costs to students as low as possible while maintaining the high quality of its programs, services, and facilities. This section documents the 2004–2005 tuition and fees for the degree programs, effective August 1, 2004.

Tuition includes instruction and accident insurance. Required fees include textbooks, board (two meals per instructional day), a culinary tool kit or baking and pastry tool kit, chef’s uniforms, table service uniforms (for associate degree program culinary arts students only), a per-semester student activities fee, second- and fifth-semester exams, and externship and graduation fees.
