The CIA offers bachelor's degree programs in culinary arts management, baking and pastry arts management, and Culinary Science, each featuring a specialized curriculum that is unique among culinary colleges. Students in culinary arts or baking & pastry arts may decide to pursue a number of exciting concentrations, such as Farm-to-Table Cooking in America and Hospitality and Beverage Management.
Our objectives for the BPS program are ambitious—to build essential knowledge and skills, foster the ability to think creatively, and prepare our students for future leadership in the foodservice and hospitality industry.
