From high-profile campus visitors to the 300-plus firms that attend career fairs at the college to our deep base of graduates in leadership positions, CIA students have access to industry connections that are unmatched in the culinary field.

As a result, college graduate surveys show that CIA alumni have strong career and salary growth. CIA graduates from the Class of 2001 report salaries that are 80% higher than 2006 graduates on average. More important, within the Class of 2001, the income of CIA bachelor's graduates exceeded that of associate graduates by an average of 23% (CIA 2008 Associate and Bachelor's Degree Alumni Surveys).

Major foodservice and hospitality employers—such as Four Seasons Hotels, Marriott International Ritz-Carlton, Compass Group, and Sodexo—hire CIA's bachelor's graduates for their management career tracks.
